Delivery
We aim to deliver all items as soon as possible. The majority of our orders are delivered using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, for larger orders we use a variety of couriers. We provide tracking information for all of our orders, which should be automatically emailed to you shortly after the order has left our shop.
All orders should be despatched within 7 days. Please note we are open Wednesday to Sunday. Your order will likely be processed on the following day we are open for business, and despatched the day after that.

Refunds & Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if that is not the case please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund. Please then return the item to us in the original condition within 14 days of notifying us of your desire to return the item, and we will refund the cost of the item. We cannot refund shipping costs, and do not provide a free returns label.
If an item is faulty we reserve the right to offer a replacement item where appropriate and stock allows.
